Position: Part-Time Cleaner/Groundskeeper
Location: Apartment Building, Dublin 15
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (with occasional weekend availability, if required)
Salary: €13.50 per hour
Start Date: ASAP

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and hardworking individual to join our team as a Part-time cleaner & groundskeeper for a mixed-use building in Dublin 15. This role involves maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our tenants and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning common areas including lobbies, hallways, staircases, elevators, and outdoor entryways
• Regularly sanitizing high-touch surfaces such as door handles, lift buttons, and handrails
• Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and dusting communal areas
• Emptying bins and ensuring waste is disposed of responsibly
• Reporting any maintenance issues or hazards to the building manager
• Cleaning windows and glass surfaces in communal areas
• Ensuring cleaning supplies are stocked and stored appropriately
• Gardening and tidying of small sections of flowerbeds
• Using a computer for basic tasks, such as logging maintenance issues, accessing schedules, and completing online training

Requirements

• Previous experience in a cleaning or housekeeping role is preferred
• Moderate computer skills to handle simple administrative tasks
• A strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness
• Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time
• Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy
• Strong communication skills to report issues and liaise with building management when necessary
• Physical stamina to handle the demands of the job, including lifting and moving equipment
• Eligibility to work in Ireland
