Key Responsibilities:
- Bookkeeping and maintaining accurate records.
- Basic computer tasks, including job scheduling.
- Following up with customers and jobs via phone and email.
- Assisting with customer bookings and estimates.
- Managing calls professionally and ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Multitasking and prioritizing tasks efficiently.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in bookkeeping and office administration.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to handle diverse tasks as needed.
Training will be provided for specialized software use.
Preference will be given to female candidates due to the nature of the role.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
