Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Crew Members to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced food service environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in the food industry, develop customer service skills, and work in a collaborative setting. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, strong attention to sanitation, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Previous restaurant or food industry experience is a plus but not required; we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and safety standards
• Operate POS systems for order processing and cash handling
• Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and ensuring guest satisfaction
• Manage food safety and sanitation protocols to maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, including upselling menu items when appropriate
• Assist in maintaining a clean kitchen and dining area, adhering to sanitation standards
• Support team members during busy periods by performing various duties such as serving, food prep, or cleaning
• Demonstrate effective time management to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer service

Experience

• Previous experience in food service, restaurant operations, cashiering, or the food industry is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided
• Familiarity with food handling, safety procedures, and sanitation practices is advantageous
• Basic math skills are necessary for cash handling and order management
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
• Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus but not required
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and cleanliness

Availability (no buses run late--you should be able to get home on your own)

• 7pm/8pm-1am

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.60 per hour

Expected hours: 9 – 20 per week
