Delivery Driver -Dublin €14.80 hourly plus mileage (parking if necessary)

Scoop Dessert Parlour operate 3 gelato shops in the greater Dublin area. We have an immediate requirement for an experienced Delivery Driver with their own vehicle.

Preferring a small van for loading bay access.

Part-time position leading to full time in peak season – Immediate Start

Full clean driver's licence and appropriate insurance

Initially 3 days a week but advancing to 5 out of 7 days a week in full season May - September. Weekend work is essential

JOB ENTAILS:

Liaising with Store Managers and Production Manager re Daily and Weekly stock requirement

Journey planning and moving stocks of Gelato and dry good ingredients between our stores in a timely manner.

Loading and Unloading stock at each store location – hand trolley provided

Check and complete all delivery documents and report any discrepancies

Adherence to all Basic Food Safety requirements

Reporting damages, accidents and issues relating to Food Safety

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Must be over 25

Full Clean-EU driving license

Physically fit as this job requires a lot of manual handling and up and down stairs

Good command of English (both written and spoken) essential

Good communication and teamwork skills

Good organizational and prioritizing skills to complete tasks on time

1 year proven Experience

Manual Handling Certificate

Full CV and 2 References required
