Job Overview
Westmount Dentistry is looking for a part-time Dental Associate to join our friendly, family-owned practice in London, Ontario.
Schedule:
- Mondays: 11 AM – 7 PM
- Wednesdays: 9 AM – 5 PM
- (Additional days may be available as our practice continues to grow.)
We’re a family-run group with three established London locations, known for personalized patient care and a supportive team environment. The ideal candidate will be an experienced, mature dentist who values integrity, professionalism, and a patient-centered approach.

Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose oral health issues using medical terminology and clinical expertise
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients, including preventive, restorative, and cosmetic procedures
- Maintain accurate patient records within dental management software Tracker
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care to promote long-term oral health
- Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and office staff to ensure seamless patient care delivery
- Stay current with advancements in dentistry through ongoing education and training
- Adhere to all safety protocols, infection control procedures, and compliance standards
Experience
- Proven experience working in a dental office environment with familiarity in Tracker
- Experience providing pediatric dentistry (Pediatrics) is a plus
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology relevant to dentistry
- Prior experience in performing a wide range of dental procedures including restorative, cosmetic, and preventive treatments
- Must hold a valid RCDSO license and be eligible to practice dentistry in Ontario, Canada
- Minimum 2 years of experience preferred in Canada
- Commitment to quality care and teamwork

Pay: $65,000.00-$130,000.00 per year
