Job Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professionals to provide high-quality care and assistance to individuals with diverse needs. Duties

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Provide patient care including medication administration and health monitoring.
• Support individuals with disabilities, dementia, or hospice needs through personalized caregiving.
• Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary requirements and assist with feeding when necessary.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning and maintaining a safe environment.
• Help clients with transportation to appointments or community activities.
• Document care provided and communicate effectively with team members and family members.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times to prevent accidents or injuries.

Requirements

• Prior experience in assisted living, nursing homes, hospice care, or home care is preferred.
• Knowledge of patient care, dementia care, medication administration, and caregiving best practices.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary for client mobility or transfers.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach to caregiving.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid certification in CPR/First Aid is a plus but not mandatory; training may be provided.
• Must be reliable, patient-focused, and committed to providing respectful and dignified care to clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.06 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
