Qualifications

Certificate III or IV in community pharmacy or equivalent or currently working towards these qualifications.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service during in-store consultations and via phone or email, ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
• Uphold strict confidentiality for all customer interactions and health information.
• Accurately process cash, cheque, and credit card transactions, following all standard procedures.
• Assist customers with non-prescription medicine purchases (if trained), or refer them to appropriate team members.
• Actively promote front-of-store products and professional health services to support customer well-being.
• Stay informed about in-store promotions and share relevant details to enhance customer engagement.
• Accept and process prescriptions, preparing them for review by a pharmacist.
• Process dispensary orders as needed to ensure timely service.

Pay: $28.00 – $30.00 per hour
