Part-Time Driver

Oda is a company on the move. We built Norway’s leading online grocery store and now we want to share what we’ve created with the world! Delivering a broad assortment of high-quality, affordable groceries to thousands of doorsteps is a complex process, but we believe we’ve cracked the code. Using data-driven methodology, with a focus on sustainability all the way along the chain, we are creating the most efficient retail system in the world.

We are currently looking for a part-time driver to work from Larvik!

As a driver with us, you play an important role in representing Oda to our customers. You will be part of our dedicated team of drivers and report to the Delivery Operating Manager and Delivery Team Leaders on site. You’ll be delivering groceries and packages to our many customers in the area. We believe you'll like working as a driver at Oda if you can manage your time effectively, work both independently and in a team, and approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset. Additionally, you should enjoy being active, as this job involves a lot of physical activity and not only driving.


We need a driver available to work 20% part-time every other Saturday and Sunday! It is highly desirable if you have the flexibility to take on additional shifts.


What you’ll do as a Driver with us

    • Delivering food and packages to our customers
    • Maintain efficiency and quality in our work by loading and unloading goods, handling customers, and implementing routines and processes.
    • Ensuring Customer service at the highest level
    • Be responsible for simple maintenance of the car fleet, such as changing light bulbs, topping up liquids, and keeping the cars clean and presentable at all times
    • Training new drivers on the road
    • Contributing to the improvement of driver routines and processes

To be successful, we believe you
    • Driving license (Class B) with a minimum of 2 year's driving experience
    • Speaking English is required, and familiarity with Norwegian or another Nordic language is a plus.

    • Location: Rødbølveien 16, 3270 Larvik
    • Working hours: This position rotates between working every other weekend, Saturday 05:30-13:30 and Sunday 13:30-21:30
