Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Estimator responsible for preparing accurate quotes for print and signage projects while supporting our sales and production teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare estimates and quotes for print and signage projects (wide format, signage, marketing materials, etc.)

- Review customer specifications, artwork, and project requirements

- Communicate with suppliers and production staff to determine costs and timelines

- Follow up on quotes with clients when appropriate

- Assist with order entry and job documentation

- Maintain organized records of estimates and pricing

- Support the sales team with pricing and project feasibility

Qualifications

- Experience in the print, sign, or graphics industry preferred

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple estimates

- Comfortable using computers and estimating or order management software

- Knowledge of vinyl, substrates, laminates, and print processes is an asset

Schedule

Part-time hours with some flexibility.

Compensation

Competitive hourly wage based on experience.

Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 15.0 per week
