The Four Seasons Hotel Monaghan currently requires a Part-time Fitness and/or Swim Instructor to join our team. The successful candidate will provide high quality, results focused and professional gym instructing to facilitate people of all ages and varying needs through the delivery of safe and effective classes, programs, education, and motivation.

Description

• Always interacting with guests in a professional manner.
• Reception duties including answering the Phone / greeting members and hotel guests.
• Maintain all areas of the Leisure Centre to a clean, safe, and high standard.
• Ensure equipment is cleaned daily and maintained to a high standard.
• Design and monitor effective individualised programs for clients. Safely instruct members through their personal programs.
• Provide instruction to members in techniques and equipment use in the Leisure Centre.
• Monitor members training by walking the gym floor and offering assistance.
• Teach fitness classes to a high standard.
• Conduct Swim Lessons.

Ideal Candidate

• A minimum of 1+ years’ experience in the leisure industry.
• Qualified Gym Instructor from NCEF, NTC or equivalent.
• Qualified Lifeguard from RLSS UK or IWS.
• Qualified Swim Teacher from Swim Ireland, IWS or STA.
• Qualified in Occupational First Aid.
• Plant room experience a distinct advantage.
• Registered with Reps Ireland a distinct advantage.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Must be a team player with the ability to work in a busy environment.

We are looking for someone who is flexible, dedicated, and hard working with the capability of carrying out all duties to a consistently high standard. Early mornings, late evenings, and weekend work will apply to this role.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From €14.15 per hour
