Key Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly, efficient, and professional service to all guests.
• Take orders and serve food and beverages in the restaurant, bar, or events area.
• Ensure that all guest needs are met, and their dining experience is enjoyable.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment in the dining and service areas.
• Assist in setting up for service and clearing down after service.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints with a positive, solutions-focused approach.
• Work closely with the kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth operations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a food and beverage role is preferred but not essential—full training will be provided.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
• Ability to work well as part of a team and under pressure.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
