Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer phone calls promptly and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and maintain an organized calendar.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately into computerized systems.
  • Handle clerical duties including filing, proofreading documents, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Assist with patient check-in and check-out processes in a medical office setting.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in compliance with privacy regulations.
  • Ensure the front desk area is tidy and presentable at all times.

Experience

  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a front desk role is preferred, particularly in a medical or dental office setting.
  • Proficiency with office equipment and phone systems is essential.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including proofreading capabilities.
  • Familiarity with data entry processes and computerized record management is advantageous.
