Part-Time Front Of House

We are currently looking for a highly motivated individual with a positive attitude to join our busy Front of House team. As a 5 Star boutique hotel with a 2 AA Rosette restaurant, we require the applicant to be willing to learn and committed to delivering exceptional service. It is preferred that the successful applicant has a minimum of 1 year Front of House experience however full training will be given.

Department: Front of House

Responsible To: General Manager

Hours of Work: As per rota working various shifts – Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner (no split shifts). Must be able to work at least one weekend day/evening and/or one midweek evening.

Front of House role:

• Responsible for taking orders and having the confidence and knowledge to make recommendations to our guests
• Serving excellent quality food and a fantastic range of drinks
• Taking pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety
• Work with the rest of the team to create a friendly and professional atmosphere our guests will love

Must be able to drive or have own private transport as there is NO public transport nearby

On the job training will also be provided by our experienced General Manager and his team. Starting salary will be dependent upon age and previous experience. Progression within the business is possible if the correct attitude and high levels of attainment are shown.

Salary: Up to £11.75 per hour (age/experience dependent) + TIPS

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £6.75-£11.75 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 16 per week
