We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Part-Time Receptionist to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our gym and providing exceptional service to our members and visitors, managing inquiries both in person and over the phone, and assisting with administrative tasks as needed. It's important to be able to work on weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for members and visitors, providing a warm and professional welcome.
• Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling member inquiries.
• Oversee daily gym operations during assigned shifts, which may include opening or closing the facility.
• Maintain high standards of customer service at all times, ensuring members' needs are anticipated and met with professionalism and care.
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and safety of the gym environment.
• Perform routine checks and minor repairs on gym equipment and facilities; report any significant issues to management promptly.
• Handle membership applications, renewals, and payments accurately, maintaining up-to-date and organized records.
• Address member feedback, complaints, and concerns efficiently and empathetically, escalating issues when necessary.

Requirements:

• Ability to work on weekends and flexible hours, including early mornings and evenings.
• Previous experience in customer service or receptionist roles is a plus.
• Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service and enhancing the member experience.
• Basic knowledge of gym equipment maintenance and facility operations is a plus
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and office software.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: €14.50 per hour
