Part-Time Hotel Maintenance

Hours: 24–32 hours per week

Weekend Work: May be required

We are currently seeking a hard-working, reliable, and versatile Maintenance Person to join our hotel team.Experience in hotel or apartment maintenance is an asset, but we are looking for someone with a strong work ethic and a willingness to take on a variety of tasks.

Responsibilities Include:General cleaning and upkeep of the propertyGeneral repairs and maintenanceBasic electrical knowledge and repairsBasic plumbing knowledge and repairsTroubleshooting and addressing maintenance issuesAssisting with a variety of property maintenance needsOther duties as required — responsibilities are not limited to one specific area

Qualifications:Previous hotel, apartment, building, or general maintenance experience is an assetBasic knowledge of electrical and plumbing systemsStrong problem-solving skillsReliable, dependable, and hardworkingAble to work independently and as part of a teamGood attention to detailAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. as requiredAvailability to work weekends when required

Salary will be based on experience and qualifications.
