This is an office-based internal sales role focused on qualifying inbound enquiries, speaking with potential customers and booking consultations for our solar advisors.

You will be the first point of contact for many customers, helping the company understand their requirements and arranging a follow-up appointment with our sales team.

This role suits someone who is comfortable on the phone, organised and confident speaking with customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact new enquiries who have requested information about solar
  • Qualify potential customers and gather basic property details
  • Explain the benefits of solar PV and our Solar-as-a-Service option
  • Schedule appointments for our solar consultants
  • Follow up on previous enquiries and quotations
  • Update customer records in the company CRM system
  • Support the wider sales and marketing team

Ideal Candidate

  • Confident and professional on the phone
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Previous sales, telesales or customer service experience preferred
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems
  • Interest in renewable energy is an advantage
  • Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
