Part-Time Land Buyer - Remote (Uk)

We’re a fast-growing UK sports based property company looking for a Part-Time Land Buyer to help us identify and secure new sites across the country. You’ll work directly with our founder to source land and properties suited to sports facility development - from spotting opportunities and initial outreach, through to supporting negotiations and acquisition. This is a fully remote role with flexible hours. We’re open to candidates at any stage of their career: junior with curiosity, or senior with a network and proven deals behind you.

What you’ll do:

- Identify potential sites for sports facility development across the UK

- Build and maintain relationships with landowners, agents, and developers

- Research catchment, planning context, and site viability

- Support the founder through outreach, negotiation, and acquisition

- Keep a clean pipeline of opportunities and progress updates

What we’re looking for:

- Strong commercial instinct and a self-starter mindset

- Comfortable with cold outreach and relationship building

- Organised, with clear written communication

- Experience in commercial property, land buying, or site development is a bonus — but not required

- UK-based, with the ability to occasionally travel to view sites
