We are looking for a friendly and energetic Laundry Attendant to join our team at the Days Inn Regina - East.
Your Availability:
- Various days of the week (must be available to weekends and statutory holidays)
- Hours Required: 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
To be successful at this position, the ideal candidate will be exceedingly friendly, have excellent English-speaking skills, be legally entitled to work in Canada and create high standards when it comes to organization and cleanliness.

What You'll Do:
Laundry Attendant
- Operating the laundry processing equipment at a level of proficiency resulting in the acceptable level of cleanliness and supply of linen.
- Ensuring that bedding, towels, blankets, uniforms, and cleaning linens are washed, dried, and folded, on a daily basis.
- Cleaning the laundry processing equipment and laundry room on a regular basis.
- Performing other tasks as assigned by the Executive Housekeeper, such as vacuuming corridors, cleaning public or employee rest rooms, washing windows or checking rooms.
- Doing linen counts when requested as well as stocks the floors with linen.
- Complying with the hotels Occupational and Health Safety Guidelines and Regulations.
Your Background:
- A true desire to create a welcoming atmosphere in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent English speaking skills and the ability to start a conversation with guests.
- Food Safe Handling Course is an asset or we will provide certification for the right candidate
- Must have the physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight, walk and/or be on feet a majority of the time.
