Glades at Gulf View Apartments, a residential community in Port Richey, FL, is currently seeking a part-time Leasing Consultant.

Position Overview
The Leasing Consultant is responsible for all aspects of the leasing process, including touring apartments and amenities, closing leases, processing applications, and coordinating move-ins. This role requires building and maintaining positive relationships with both prospective and current residents. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a professional attitude and contribute to leasing, marketing, and customer service efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist prospective residents in person and over the phone; conduct tours of apartments and community amenities
• Support marketing initiatives and outreach efforts
• Process rental applications and complete move-in documentation
• Conduct market surveys to stay informed on local competition
• Follow up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and engagement
• Inspect apartments to ensure readiness for move-in
• Assist with rent collection and related administrative tasks
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office, clubhouse, model units, fitness center, and public areas
• Perform light cleaning duties such as vacuuming, dusting, and spot cleaning as needed
• Monitor property grounds, remove litter, and report maintenance concerns
• Participate in weekend scheduling as required (some Saturdays)
• Assist with lease renewals and resident retention efforts

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Basic computer proficiency required; experience with MRI software is a plus
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual-Spanish is a plus

Physical Requirements

• Frequent walking, climbing stairs, and operating a golf cart during property tours
• Regular use of office equipment including telephone, computer, keyboard, mouse, and two-way radio

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
