Part-Time Litter Collection Crew Member

Location: London, ON

Schedules: Once a week (February)

3 days/week (March - October)

About Us:
Sweeping The Nation is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Litter Collection Crew Member to help maintain clean and safe commercial properties. This role involves outdoor work, ensuring parking lots, storefronts, and surrounding areas remain free of litter.

Responsibilities:

• Collect and dispose of litter throughout parking areas
• Empty and reline garbage bins
• Wipe down bin lids and maintain bin areas
• Report site concerns such as graffiti, damaged curbs, or malfunctioning lights
• Use maintenance equipment as needed (e.g., blower, pressure washer, weed trimmer)

Requirements:

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Physically able to lift and carry moderate loads
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Access to a smartphone for logging work hours and updates
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• A working phone is mandatory
• Availability to work on holidays as needed

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4.5 – 13.5 per week
