About Us:
We are a busy and well-established community pharmacy dedicated to providing excellent customer service and professional healthcare support to our patients. We are currently seeking an experienced Part-Time OTC Pharmacy Assistant to join our team.

Please note: This position is not suitable for students. Previous pharmacy or OTC experience is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting customers with over-the-counter product enquiries
• Providing professional and friendly customer service
• Recommending suitable OTC products within scope of practice
• Processing sales accurately using the till system
• Receiving and checking deliveries

Requirements:

• Previous pharmacy or OTC assistant experience (essential)
• Strong product knowledge of OTC medicines and retail pharmacy items
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional, reliable, and customer-focused
• Flexible availability (as required by the business)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From €14.15 per hour

Work Location: In person
