Located in the heart of Scottsdale, the Central Scottsdale Surgery Center (CSSC) is a physician-owned Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) that specializes solely in plastic surgery. We are actively seeking a qualified and experienced Perioperative Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated clinical team, specifically in the Pre-Operative, Operating Room (OR), and Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) spaces. CSSC is honored to be regarded as one of Arizona's leading Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs), where we prioritize providing safe, efficient, and patient-centered care. CSSC partners with over 10 surgeons, offering our patients a tailored healthcare journey that caters to their individual needs and preferences, ensuring an outstanding experience.

As a Registered Nurse (RN) at CSSC, you will assume responsibility and accountability for:

• Facilitating, communicating, and collaborating with both the healthcare team, and the patient/family to identify and meet the physical and emotional needs of the patient.
• Promoting the delivery of safe, quality care to every patient, with particular emphasis on their experiences in the Pre-Operative, OR, and PACU.
• Providing an outstanding experience for our patients by providing patient-centered care and implementing adopted CSSC Policies and Procedures.
• Illustrating personal ownership and promoting a team-oriented mindset that strengthens collaboration in our patient-centered ASC.

Job Qualifications:

Scheduling:

• Minimum 4 days availablility Monday-Friday to be scheduled

License & Certification Requirements:

• Current Arizona RN License (BSN Preferred)
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification

Experience:

• RN experience in fast fast-paced setting is required
• Pre-Operative, OR, or PACU experience preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly

Pay Range: Based on experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $39.67 - $55.00 per hour
