We’re looking for an energetic, motivated part-time coach to join our team at Revolution Fitness Churchtown (D14PT97).

RevFit is a small group personal training gym focused on helping everyday people become fitter, stronger, and healthier in a supportive environment.

Our members are a diverse mix of ages, training backgrounds and experience levels, ranging from complete beginners to more experienced lifters.

Whether someone is starting out for the first time, returning after time away from training, trying to balance fitness with busy lives, or working around injuries and limitations, our goal is to provide a space where they feel comfortable, supported, and confident in the gym.

Our role as coaches isn’t just to deliver a workout, but to create an environment where people enjoy showing up consistently, learning new skills, and building confidence in training.

The ability to create genuine connections with people and tailor sessions to the individual in front of you matters far more to us than advanced academic qualifications.

Coaching Responsibilities

  • Deliver small group personal training sessions
  • Coach clients with a wide range of abilities and experience levels
  • Adapt programming to suit individual needs within sessions
  • Maintain high coaching standards and positive session environments
  • Basic facility upkeep as part of opening/closing shifts

Requirements:

  • Qualified Personal Trainer
  • Confident coaching squat, bench press and deadlift to a high technical standard
  • Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to build positive relationships with clients, fostering a supportive and motivating environment
  • Enthusiastic and motivated individual with a positive attitude towards coaching and helping others achieve their fitness goals
  • Must have reliable transportation or a viable commute to the gym
  • Must be available to work Mondays either 5:45am-10:45am or 4pm-9pm, some flexibility in other shifts/hours after that
  • Interest or proficiency in social media, photography, or videography is advantageous, though not required

Our onboarding process will bring you up to speed with our systems and fill any technical coaching gaps.

However, the most important quality we look for is something that cannot be taught: Someone who genuinely enjoys working with people and helping them feel comfortable and supported in the gym.
