Job Description:

We’re looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused Part-Time Plus Optician / Optical Sales Associates to join our team in Fairhope. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, has an eye for style and fashion, and wants to be part of a supportive, close-knit team.

Pay Range:

Up to $22.00 per hour depending on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with frame and lens selection
• Help clients select frames that fit their style, facial features, and lifestyle
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable service to create an exceptional customer experience
• Learn to take frame measurements, properly adjust eyewear, and explain lens options
• Maintain a clean and organized shop environment
• Support day-to-day operations and work collaboratively with the team

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Positive, professional attitude and attention to detail
• Dependable, friendly, and team-oriented
• No prior optical experience required — we are happy to train
• Retail or fashion experience is a plus
• Must be available to work Saturdays
