Part Time Property Representative

We are looking for a part-time oncall property representative/superintendent

Duties can include:

-Showing rental units/rooms to prospective renters

-Respond to tenant issues and documenting issues to report to management

-cleaning & disposal

-yardwork

-repair work (if able) : painting, light plastering, flooring, minor plumbing & other maintenance work, etc. Let us know if you have some skill sets in this regard!

-Escorting third-party contractors into the building and units

-Potential for other property-related tasks/projects to be discussed based on ability

-friendly demeanor and good customer service

-On Call appointments are a minimum $15 flat rate fee per day which converts to $20/hr after 30 mins or more in the day

-evenings

-Fire and Safety Training

Flexible scheduling - management will work with you to schedule appointments that work for both prospective tenants/contractors and your schedule, if possible, and reasonable.

Successful candidates will need to obtain a CPIC. This is not a live in position

Reliability and own transport is a must!

Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 per week
