• plan, place and follow up on purchase orders placed towards suppliers
• controlling of confirmed ETA dates from supplier and escalation in case of deviations
• follow up with suppliers to get back commitments / order confirmations
• correspondence with suppliers
• perform transactions in ERP system
• trigger creation of shipping documents for transfer of goods to the needed destination
• keep master data up to date (products and suppliers)
• enter committed data from supplier into ERP system
• support improvements in ERP system
• participation in calls with suppliers

Education

• Completed commercial education, experience in purchasing preferable

Experience

• 1 year of experience in purchasing preferable

Skills/Abilities

• High level of self-organization and self-confidence to push our interests towards externals
• English and German skills, both written and spoken

A minimum basic salary of EUR 3,077.00 gross per month for full-time employment applies to the advertised position with a willingness to pay depending on the actual qualifications.
