PART TIME RANGER
PUKENUI WESTERN HILLS FOREST CHARITABLE TRUST
The Trust is looking for a part time Ranger with a passion for conservation and who is keen to play an active and supportive role that shares our vision for the future.
This role is for two days a week and will work alongside other Pukenui Rangers.
The ideal applicant will:
· be fit, bush-savvy, and can work diligently through the physical and mental challenges the forest may bring;
· be passionate about conservation and respectful of the environment;
· have some knowledge in pest control and conservation. A CSL qualification and any other educational or skill-based certificates, such as First Aid, will be highly regarded;
· be reliable, trustworthy and have integrity;
· be a team player, but also confident to work alone;
· have great communication skills;
· have some understanding of tikanga/te reo, or have the willingness to learn.

Candidate must have a full drivers license and be able to work part-time in New Zealand.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $22.00 – $28.00 per hour
