Part-Time Receptionist

Haven Holistic & Beauty, located in Drogheda Co. Louth, are looking for a motivated and organised part-time receptionist to join our highly established team.

Experience working as a receptionist/front of house essential and preferably in a salon environment.

The hours for this role are;

Thursday 6PM-9PM

Friday 2PM-7PM

Saturday 9AM-5.30PM

Main duties include

• Meeting and greeting clients, providing information on our services and products.
• Manage our Phorest booking system ensuring all appointments are organised.
• Rebooking clients, managing therapists diaries and making appointments for new clients via phone/email and in person.
• Providing excellent customer service to all of our clients and going above and beyond.
• Supporting the therapists and assisting with room setup and turnovers.
• Handling cash and completing a daily reconciliation.
• Following all health and safety protocols and procedures and ensure the high levels of hygiene standards are maintained.
• Handle sensitive information and file documents appropriately.
• Assist with other duties when required.
• Clean and record the cleaning of the salon each day.

The ideal candidate would have the following attributes, skills and knowledge;

• Must have previous customer service experience
• Must have strong communication skills and be able to communicate with customers and colleagues with ease
• Should be a self-motivated, team player with excellent attention to detail
• Must be highly organised and able to run a busy reception quickly and efficiently
• Must be friendly and have a pleasant disposition
• Fluent English
• Computer literate
