The Front of House team member is the first point of contact for all members and prospects entering Studio Fitness. This role is responsible for delivering a high-quality member experience, supporting daily operations, and driving additional revenue through conversations, bookings, and retention touchpoints.

This is not just an admin role, it is a people, sales and experience roll.

Key Responsibilities

1. Member Experience

  • Greet every member by name and create a welcoming environment
  • Manage check-ins and ensure smooth class flow
  • Build relationships with members to increase retention
  • Handle member queries confidently (in person, phone, email)
  • Maintain a clean, professional front-of-house area
  • Welcome Email & Monthly PT Client Check in

2. Sales & Revenue Support

  • Engage with new enquiries (walk-ins, messages, calls)
  • Book consultations and intro sessions
  • Support coaches with lead follow-up where needed
  • Promote offers, packages, and upgrades(Mailchimp)
  • Assist in hitting weekly/monthly sales targets

3. Admin & Operations

  • Manage bookings and scheduling systems
  • Process payments and track basic sales activity
  • Support onboarding of new members
  • Maintain accurate member records
  • Assist with basic reporting (attendance, enquiries, conversions)

4. Team & Culture

  • Work closely with coaches to ensure a seamless member journey
  • Uphold Studio Fitness standards and brand values
  • Bring energy and positivity to the environment daily

Ideal Candidate

  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Confident in starting conversations and building rapport
  • Organised and reliable
  • Comfortable with basic systems/software
  • Interest in health & fitness (preferred, not essential)
  • Previous customer service or sales experience is a bonus

  • Number of consultations booked per week
  • Conversion of enquiries to members

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From €14.15 per hour
