Part-Time Receptionist With Clerical Duties

Smith VW has an immediate opening for 1 evening front desk receptionist. We are a family owned dealership that has been in business for over 45 years. We have a fast paced, friendly atmosphere that helps many customers service and purchase new or used VW's.

We are looking for an experienced receptionist who has dealt with an automotive environment and is familiar with automotive terminology. Pay will be based on experience and knowledge.

Hours of work will be:

Monday - Friday 2 - 8pm

Every other Saturday 8 - 4pm

This position will also have clerical responsibilities from 2pm - 4pm every shift.

The position will have a rotating schedule which will be as follows:

Schedule 1 Mon, Wed, Fri, 2pm - 8pm (18 Hours)

Schedule 2 Tues, Thurs, 2pm - 8pm, Saturday 8am - 4pm (20 Hours)

This schedule will rotate between two receptionists.

Responsibilities include:

Processing payments
Handling cash transactions
Closing repair orders

Hours per week:

18 - 20

Working days:

Monday
Tuesday
Wednesday
Thursday
Friday
Saturday

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.50 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18 – 24 per week

Experience:

Customer Service: 2 years (Preferred)
Receptionist: 2 years (Required)
