BODÉ Spa for Men is looking for a Part-Time Receptionist with Social Media Flair to join our Ottawa team!
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys customer service, men's grooming and wellness, and creating fun, engaging digital content.
We're looking for someone who can make every client feel welcome while bringing fresh ideas and positive energy to our growing spa.
What You'll Be DoingReception & Client Experience

• Greet clients and create a welcoming, professional environment.
• Manage appointments, bookings, calls, texts, and emails.
• Process payments, memberships, gift cards, and retail purchases using Square.
• Educate clients about our services, promotions, and loyalty rewards.
• Recommend retail products and support location sales goals.
• Assist with daily opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized reception and retail area.
• Support our service providers and management team with daily operations.
• Help build relationships with clients and encourage repeat visits.

Social Media & Creative Support

• Capture behind-the-scenes content featuring our team, products, and spa.
• Create Instagram Stories, Reels, and short-form videos.
• Help promote services, memberships, retail products, and special offers.
• Work with our marketing team to support local campaigns.
• Bring creative ideas for content and community engagement.
• Assist with special events and in-store marketing.
• Ensure all content follows brand guidelines and respects client privacy.

Who We're Looking For• A friendly, energetic, and confident personality.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable multitasking in a busy environment.
• An interest in men's grooming, skin care, and wellness.
• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Canva, and content creation.
• Comfortable using technology and learning new systems.
• Reliable and available every Thursday and Saturday.
• A positive team player who enjoys taking initiative.

Previous reception, retail, hospitality, or spa experience is an asset.
Experience with Square is an asset, but not required.
