About the Position

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Part-Time+ Labourer / Handyman to assist with a variety of residential renovation, repair, maintenance, and outdoor projects.

This is a great opportunity for someone who already has experience in construction or home renovations, but we are also willing to train the right person who has a great attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.

Our projects vary from job to job, so we're looking for someone who enjoys working with their hands, learning new skills, and taking pride in doing quality work.

Responsibilities

Work may include:

• Interior and exterior painting
• Basic carpentry and woodwork
• Drywall installation, patching, sanding, and repairs
• Trim and finishing work
• General home renovations
• Handyman and property maintenance projects
• Deck and fence work
• Outdoor projects and repairs
• Demolition, removal, and job-site preparation
• Moving and organizing materials
• Using basic hand and power tools
• Job-site cleanup
• Assisting with a variety of residential repair and improvement projects

What We're Looking For

Experience in construction, renovations, carpentry, painting, drywall, or handyman work is an asset, but not required.

More importantly, we're looking for someone who:

Having your own basic tools and reliable transportation is an asset.

Compensation

$25.00/hour

This is a Part-Time+ position, with hours depending on our current projects and workload. There is potential for additional hours for the right person as our workload grows.
