The Position

Are you someone who prefers staying active instead of sitting at a desk?

Do you like working independently, seeing the results of your work right away, and finishing the day feeling accomplished?

We are currently hiring 1 reliable, detail-oriented team member to join our residential cleaning team.

This is a casual part-time position (approximately 20–25 hours per week) with potential for increased hours for the right person.

Schedule

Monday to Friday

Between 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Start and end times vary depending on the day’s schedule

Flexibility within these hours is required

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be cleaning a variety of homes, including both occupied and vacant properties.

Typical tasks include:

Kitchens and bathrooms

Vacuuming and mopping

Dusting and surface cleaning

Deep cleaning tasks

Preparing homes for new occupants

Most days include 2–4 different homes, so you’ll be moving between locations.

Many of our clients have pets (dogs and cats).

Requirements

Available Monday–Friday between 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Reliable, insured vehicle for travel between job sites

Comfortable driving between multiple locations daily (2–4 homes)

Comfortable driving in winter and highway conditions when required

Smartphone with data for scheduling and communication

Comfortable working in homes with pets (dogs and cats)

Physically capable of lifting up to 40 lbs and performing repetitive movements throughout the day

No experience required—we provide full training.

Compensation

Starting at $18.00 per hour

Mileage paid at $0.28/km between job locations and for driving to rural homes or homes in Edmonton (Edmonton is not a common drive for us).

$2 per house allowance (phone use + laundry of cloths)

> Many team members earn additional daily income through mileage, allowances, referrals, and tips.
