Mont Albert Newsagency is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Part-Time Retail Assistant to join our friendly team.

Location: Mont Albert, VIC

Hours: Part-time (including some weekends)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service
• Operate POS and Lotto systems accurately
• Assist with stock management, merchandising, and general store presentation
• Handle newspapers, magazines, and parcel services efficiently

Requirements:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
• Previous retail or Lotto experience is an advantage (training provided)
