My Client is Dublin's leading windows and door manufacturing for the home improvement market. With an excellent reputation spanning over 40 years, this family run business is a dynamic and thriving place to work. My client really values their employees and provides exceptional customer service. We are seeking a part time, talented Sales Support Administrator to join their supportive and collaborative team at their beautiful new showrooms in Stillorgan, South County Dublin.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

- Willingness to engage with customers on our showroom floor
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Build meaningful connections with potential customers by understanding their needs, timelines, and budgets
- The role is showroom based, and the main aspects of the role would be to meet with prospective clients, demonstrate products and help close sales in conjunction with the sales consultants.
- The sales administrator will also be responsible for sales administration in receiving and qualifying inbound calls and outbound follow up calls for customer enquiries received via email, web, facebook or other marketing activities.
- Manage customer appointments and showroom scheduling
- Showcase our products and services to customers in our showrooms
- Support and motivate our sales team to achieve their targets
- Maintain excellent client relationships through regular progress updates
- Coordinate marketing activities and lead generation initiatives
- Ensure exceptional follow-up service and customer feedback collection
- Collaborate with our photography and social media teams
Work-Life Balance: Saturday and Sunday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
With some flexibility to cover the occasional weekday or Friday if required, for example covering a colleagues annual leave.
