Storage World, one of Dublin’s leading self-storage companies, is looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Part-Time Sales and Customer Service Advisors at our modern facilities in Sandyford and Dublin 8.

Location: Sandyford & Dublin 8

Hours: Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (1-hour lunch break)

Pay: €19 per hour

This is a steady, well-paid role that’s ideal for someone dependable and personable. It would also particularly suit semi-retired individuals who want regular weekly hours and are happy to provide cover during the summer holiday period.

Availability – Please Read Before Applying

• You must be available to work the vast majority of Saturdays. Occasional Saturdays off for your own holidays are fine, but overall reliability is essential.
• You must also be available to provide extended holiday cover during the summer (e.g. two weeks).
• Unfortunately, student visas do not permit the required hours.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome customers and handle sales enquiries for self-storage units
• Manage customer accounts and respond to queries
• Support with day-to-day administration and operations
• Provide cover at our sister facility when required

What We’re Looking For

• Customer service experience (desirable but not essential – training provided)
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Computer literate with good attention to detail
• Friendly, flexible, and dependable
