The Role: Sales Assistant

This isn't your average shop floor job. As a Sales Assistant at Flannels, you're the face of luxury retail: the first impression, the reason customers come back. You'll create moments that feel personal, polished, and effortlessly luxury, from the second the doors open.

What You'll Do

• Welcome every customer.
• Ask the right questions, listen properly, and act with intent.
• Stay sharp on collections, brands, and trends so your recommendations land.
• Bring promotions, loyalty perks, and the little extras to life.
• Handle transactions with accuracy and confidence.
• Keep the shop floor looking flawless. Presentation is non-negotiable.
• Get the store trade-ready every morning through replenishment and prep.
• Spot the opportunity for an add-on or a smarter alternative, naturally.
• Deliver service that's consistent, considered, and unmistakably Flannels.
