We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to join Bella Baby as a part time Sales Executive in our Oranmore store. The role is for 3 days per week & is a permanent role.

While experience in the nursery industry is not required, we offer full training to our exceptional standards. Experience in a customer-focused, one-to-one setting is essential, as we take pride in being the best at what we do.

WHAT’S INVOLVED IN THE ROLE?

· Achieve monthly store sales goals

· Deliver exceptional customer service

· Go the extra mile to drive sales

· Cross-sell and upsell products

· Handle returns professionally

· Build trust and strong relationships with customers

· Provide outstanding aftercare and follow-up service

· Work during store hours (9am-5pm Monday–Saturday, 11am-5pm Sunday & Bank Holidays)
