• Implement effective shift management practices to optimize productivity and maintain high standards of service.
• Monitor sales performance and provide guidance to achieve sales targets.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail management or a similar leadership role is preferred.
