Part-Time Site Survey Technician

We are looking for a Part-Time Site Survey Technician to perform on-site surveys and assist in verifying existing building mechanical and electrical systems.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct field surveys of commercial and residential buildings.
• Verify and document existing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems.
• Prepare as-built markups of existing systems based on field findings.
• Capture photos and videos to document site conditions and equipment layouts.
• Access rooftops, mechanical rooms, and other building areas as required.
• Communicate and report findings clearly and accurately.

Requirements:

• Must have a reliable vehicle for travel to job sites.
• Must be able to carry and climb a 6 ft ladder.
• Comfortable working on roofs and elevated areas.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems is a strong asset.
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and follow instructions.
• Experience with as-built markups, CAD, or field documentation is an advantage.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Markham, ON L3R 6G2
