Responsibilities
The Spa Attendant is responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests, ensuring the SPA is well-organised, and supporting day-to-day retail and administrative operations. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service

  • Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner.

  • Acknowledge and respond to relevant customer queries, needs and expectations
  • Suggest and promote retail products or additional services.
  • Uphold hygiene standards and follow health and safety regulations
  • Cooperate with and report on any arising issues
  • Apply best practices and be up to date with market trends.

Proven work experience as a spa assistant.

• Excellent Communication and customer service skills

• Positive attitude • User level computer skills
