For our Private Wealth Operations Team we are looking for a Partner & Client Services Officer for our Portugal/Spain markets.
Your Role
- As Partner & Client Services Officer your role is to take care of all inquiries in relation to the life insurance policy lifecycle which include the onboarding of new business.
- You act as a first point of contact for our Sales (Including Client Development Team), Partners and Clients.
- While the transactional and relationship aspects are key in this role, AML and Compliance also play an important part in our international business.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in administration, accounting or finance or equivalent experience
- Experience in banking and insurance sector is mandatory
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in Portuguese/Spanish - mother tongue level and business fluency in English. Any other European language is an asset
- Highly accurate, organized, reliable and client-oriented
- Dynamic, flexible, autonomous and with team-playing ability
