We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Partner to join our growing travel company. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about travel, customer engagement, and business growth. As a Business Partner, you will play a key role in expanding our brand presence, driving sales, and building long-term customer relationships in the Business-to-Customer (B2C) segment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell domestic and international travel packages directly to customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build a strong customer base through networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
  • Provide personalized travel consultation and itinerary planning to meet customer needs.
  • Develop and execute marketing activities, promotions, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and deliver exceptional post-sales support.
  • Collaborate with the company team to ensure smooth operations, customer satisfaction, and service quality.
  • Contribute ideas to improve sales strategy and customer experience.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in travel, tourism, or sales (B2C segment preferred).
  • Strong passion for travel and knowledge of destinations, packages, and tourism trends.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently and achieve targets.
  • Good digital presence and ability to use social media/online platforms for lead generation.
  • Customer-oriented approach with problem-solving attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
