Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Partner Technical Strategists and Partner Solution Architects.
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance partner capacity, capability, and co-sell opportunities.
- Collaborate with partners to plan product and practice roadmaps, build solutions, and target customer needs.
- Provide technical guidance and support to partners, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to succeed.
- Drive partner engagement and adoption of Microsoft technologies, including AI, Azure, Copilot, and Cybersecurity.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to assess partner health and identify areas for improvement.
- Facilitate regular business review meetings with partners to discuss performance, challenges, and opportunities.
- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the AI LAB partners' involvement, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
- Provide technical guidance and support to partners on AI LAB initiatives, driving AI adoption and increasing the Copilot and design win pipeline
- Engage with partners involved in the AI LAB initiative, ensuring a high level of partner satisfaction and collaboration
- Facilitate partner sharing to maximize the impact of the AI LAB initiative
- Ensure the successful implementation of AI LAB initiatives, driving AI adoption and increasing the Copilot and design win pipeline
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators related to AI LAB initiatives to assess partner health and identify areas for improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in a technical leadership role, preferably within the technology industry.
- Proven track record of managing and developing high-performing technical teams.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft technologies and solutions, including AI, Azure, and Cybersecurity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and creatively.
- Experience working with partners in a technical advisory or consulting capacity.
- Knowledge of partner ecosystems and the ability to navigate complex partner relationships.
- Certification in Microsoft technologies or related fields.
