Key Responsibilities:


Partner Account Management & Pitching:
1. Identify and provide support in establishing meaningful partnerships with new and existing external stakeholders including banks, brands, KOLs and affiliates
2. Communicate regularly with existing partners to propose new collaborative initiatives throughout the year, optimise ongoing campaigns, and renew long-term or tactical arrangements
Campaign Ideation & Execution:
1. Conceptualise B2C marketing partnerships / co-branded campaigns targeted at driving incremental sales and profitability, acquiring new and engaging existing users in Singapore
2. Liaise with internal teams and external partners to bring to life such partner campaigns that mutually benefit all stakeholders
3. See through the preparation and execution of necessary deliverables for such partner campaigns
4. Assist with brainstorms and rollout of quarterly marketing plans together with the SEA Marketing team
5. Manage the implementation, daily tracking, and success measurement of partner campaigns and marketing plans with partner involvement
Data Analysis:
1. Assess and optimise the performance of partner campaigns by pulling and analysing relevant data using self-service internal tools such as Tableau
2. Formulate simple models to project the performance of ongoing partner campaigns
3. Work with other internal teams to obtain additional data points that can value-add to partner campaign analysis
4. Use data points to justify opportunities for new initiatives with partners.


Requirements:

1. Min. 3+ years experience
2. Degree in Business Management / Communications
3. Attention to detail, good time management, independent
4. Strong Microsoft Software including ability to create good powerpoint presentations for executive presentations/dashboarding skills including Tableau
5. Previous experience in Partnerships / Sales roles a plus (commercial business acumen)
