Job Overview
The Parts & Service Advisor serves as the primary point of contact for customers requiring parts, accessories, and service assistance. This role involves advising customers on their service needs, ordering and selling parts, scheduling service appointments, and ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess their parts and service needs.
• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing parts, accessories, and upgrades.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and inventory.
• Work with technicians to schedule and coordinate service appointments.
• Provide customers with accurate quotes, estimates, and timelines for repairs.
• Process orders, invoices, and payments efficiently.
• Maintain an organized and stocked parts department.
• Follow up with customers regarding service progress and satisfaction.
• Ensure excellent customer service to enhance dealership reputation and customer loyalty.
• Assist with warranty claims and documentation as needed.

Requirements

• Prior experience in parts and/or service advising (preferably in the powersports, automotive, or marine industry).
• Strong knowledge of motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and other powersports vehicles.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work well with a team and maintain a positive attitude.
• Valid driver’s license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
