Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the day-to-day operation of the Parts Department.
• Receive, check, store, and organise incoming stock.
• Pick and prepare parts for the workshop and retail customers.
• Assist with parts enquiries and identify the correct parts for vehicles.
• Maintain accurate stock records and assist with stock control.
• Ensure parts are available to support the efficient running of the workshop.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-organised parts storage area.
• Provide a professional and friendly service to customers and colleagues.
• Follow company procedures and Audi brand standards.

The Ideal Candidate

• Has a genuine interest in cars and the motor industry.
• Is organised, reliable, and detail-oriented.
• Has good communication and customer service skills.
• Can work effectively as part of a team.
• Is comfortable working in a busy, hands-on environment.
• Has basic IT skills and the ability to learn parts systems.
• Is proactive, enthusiastic, and eager to develop new skills.

Previous experience in a motor factors business, dealership, warehouse, or parts department would be an advantage. However, we welcome applications from candidates who are eager to learn and develop their skills.
