PARTS CSR (Parts Customer Sales Representative)

Summary of responsibilities

• Contact and respond to clients from the Maritimes
• Confirm prices, availability, and deadlines with suppliers
• Prepare quotations for clients
• Prepare purchase orders and work orders in our Business Central system
• Ensure warehouse inventory is up to date
• Transfer parts with our Ontario’s branch
• Generate operational reports (Update SKUs, turnover rates, etc.)
• Coordinate parts with service and warehouse teams
• Other tasks deemed necessary by manager

Required skills

• High school diploma
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in this role
• Proficiency in Suite office
• Knowledge of Business Central software (an asset)
• Experience in the construction sector (an asset)
• Proactive and autonomous
