FULL- TIME PARTS DELIVERY DRIVER POSITION - METRO TRUCK GROUP, MILTON LOCATION

The Metro Truck Group is a full-service centre for all heavy truck and trailer needs. As our trusted brand continues to evolve, we are currently looking for a Parts Deliver Driver to join our team at our full service dealership in Milton!

Main Duties Include (but are not limited to):

• Provide exceptional customer service
• Organizing run, checking parts and accurately filling out parts sheets
• Loading and securing parts on truck
• Transportation of parts to customers around the GTA
• Reviewing all delivered items with customers ensuring accuracy
• Completion of vehicle log book required daily
• Maintain delivery vehicle: fuel and clean vehicle daily

· Supportively work alongside department colleagues

· Obey all traffic laws and operate delivery vehicle in safe manner

· Adhere to all company policies and procedures as set out by the Metro Truck Group of companies

• General housekeeping duties as required
• All other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Must have a valid G driver’s license with clean drivers abstract
• 2+ years delivery experience strong asset
• Fluent in English
• Strong communication, organization and time management skills; ability to interact effectively with customers and all levels of staff
• This position requires: sitting, standing, walking, bending and lifting (up to 55lbs) as required

A successful candidate will possess both excellent verbal & written communication skills, the ability to follow instructions and work both independently and as a team in a fast paced environment.
