Parts Inventory SpecialistCompany OverviewDavmo Ltd (Loncin Wholesale & Quad Factors Retail) is the exclusive importer and distributor for Loncin ATVs & UTVs in the UK and Ireland. We operate a growing dealer network and retail business, focused on strategic expansion and operational excellence.Role OverviewWe are seeking a diligent, detail-oriented Parts Inventory Specialist to manage our parts inventory and purchasing operations. The ideal candidate will have proven experience with purchase orders, inventory control, and hands-on familiarity with Odoo or similar ERP systems.Key Responsibilities

• Manage and track parts inventory across multiple warehouses (including 3PL partners)
• Process and monitor purchase orders for parts and accessories
• Maintain accurate inventory records in Odoo, ensuring real-time stock visibility
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries
• Forecast demand for fast-moving and slow-moving parts to optimize stock levels
• Support warranty claims processing and urgent dealer parts needs
• Assist with parts obsolescence management and stock rotation
• Prepare inventory and purchasing reports for management review

Requirements

• 2+ years’ experience in inventory management or purchasing
• Hands-on experience with Odoo (or similar ERP/inventory management system)
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small, dynamic team
• Experience in the automotive, machinery, or agricultural sector is a plus

Location

• Based in Ireland (Kells warehouse) or hybrid/remote with regular site visits
